The very tired and worn out Wurlitzer Style 29-C PianOrchestra after its safe delivery to Ron Cappel's restoration workshop in 1998. This particular machine survived many long hours of use while in the Banner Movie Theater in Los Angeles, and then again was able to survive unprecedented years of daily use and abuse by the public while at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California. This specimen is a testament to the durability of the Philipps orchestrions if given just a modicum of care and maintenance.

The immaculately rebuilt and refinished casework for the Wurlitzer Style 29-C Mandolin PianOrchestra stands ready (in this year of 2007) to receive its rebuilt interior components, many of which are restored (as of this writing) and waiting installation.
