the Philipps catalogue, the Pianella Model 28 (Victoria) is
shown with two decorative, hanging beaded electric lamps above
each of the two beveled side mirrors. However, due to the
differences in electrical standards and equipment between Europe
and the U.S., Wurlitzer installed most, if not all, of the
electrical components here in the U.S. Thus, it was oftentimes
the case that fancy electrical fixtures common on Pianellas for
the European market were not installed on U.S. bound
instruments. |
