(Photograph from an original Seeburg
advertisement)
The first of the small 54-note Seeburg
cabinet pianos, the Phono-Grand plays XP rolls, and also
contains a phonograph. The cabinet has a flat bottom without
ordinary piano “toes” for the front casters, and the top is
shaped like a Victrola lid. It was made for home use and does
not have a coin slot or mechanism. The pump resembles that of
the P-G-A shown in the next picture pane.
