Now Two Ways to Order...

As of August, 2014, there are now two convenient ways to order The Golden Age of Automatic Musical Instruments book, and both allow payment to be made using either Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. And for those U.S. residents desiring to use an old-fashioned mail order form, the familiar order form at the bottom of this page can be printed out and mailed to the specified address, along with a personal check or credit card information, depending upon whichever payment method is preferred.

Please note that when printing this page only the mail-in order form will be printed, all other page elements will be omitted. The mail-in order form has been configured so that it should print out correctly on a single letter-sized page.

Return policy: If you are not completely satisfied with the book, you may return it within 30 days for a $99 refund. Call 603-747-2636 for a return authorization number. The book must be in NEW condition, and you must return it in the original carton. If you ordered more than one book and are returning all copies, ALL BUT ONE BOOK must still be shrink-wrapped and sealed in its original carton.

What is V-Code

The V-Code 3 or 4-digit verification code number immediately follows the card account number printed in the signature panel on the backside of the card. This additional security verification number is part of a fraud protection system, so that if someone does have possession of your credit card account number they must also have possession of the physical card in order to know the v-code number.
